For decades, producers, agencies, AV companies, venues, and event owners have been forced to build teams one person at a time. Even when those individuals are highly skilled, they often arrive as strangers, requiring valuable time to establish communication, trust, workflows, and accountability.
CrewPODS was created to solve that problem.
We are a national network of professionally managed, pre-built production teams designed to function as cohesive operational units from the moment they arrive on site. Instead of simply providing labor, we provide teams with established chemistry, structured leadership, defined workflows, and proven operating procedures.
Our crews are organized into specialized CrewPODS tailored to the unique needs of live events, corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, broadcast productions, streaming events, exhibits, and experiential activations. Every CrewPOD is supported by local market leadership, centralized business operations, ongoing training, and proprietary workforce management systems designed to maximize performance while reducing risk.
