Talent Onboarding

Welcome to CrewPODS by XTRA

Thank you for your interest in joining the CrewPODS network.

CrewPODS was created to bring together exceptional production, audiovisual, entertainment technology, and live event professionals into high-performing teams that deliver extraordinary results. Unlike traditional labor pools, our members are evaluated not only on technical ability, but also on professionalism, reliability, communication skills, leadership potential, and team chemistry.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the CrewPODS network. Every applicant is reviewed individually through our CrewIQ™ evaluation process to ensure they meet our standards and align with our culture.

We are always looking for skilled technicians, engineers, operators, stage managers, producers, project managers, creatives, and support personnel who take pride in their craft and consistently deliver exceptional client experiences.

Before You Apply

CrewPODS supports both W-2 employees and independent contractors depending on the nature of the assignment, applicable laws, client requirements, and market conditions.

If you wish to be considered for independent contractor opportunities, you must operate as a legitimate freelance business and maintain the documentation necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Applicants who cannot demonstrate independent business status may still be eligible for W-2 opportunities where available.
